The story of Ventures Accelerated started like this, with the belief that we could make a difference for those pushing the frontiers of health and science. Those are the people we are working for. Men and women who are bold enough to embark on ventures that would seem impossible at the outset, had they known all the hurdles ahead. The amount of time and money to be spent. Or the unlikelihood of reaching the endpoints that are generally perceived as success. But with a shot at having a real impact in how we approach global health challenges of our time.
We have extensive experience both from the inside of such ventures as executives and from standing on the sideline, yet active, as investors, board members or specialist consultants. Several of our advisors have held leading roles not just for companies in the life science industry but for the industry organizations working to support the entire industry.
